1. Who provides Padel is Life?

Padel is Life is operated by Ross Cowe. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@padelis.life.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping access to your account secure. You must not use another person's account without permission or impersonate another person.

You may sign in using email and password or an available third-party identity provider such as Google. Your use of a third-party sign-in service is also subject to that provider's terms and policies.

3. Competition and team information

Padel is Life provides tools for players and organisers to create and administer competitions. Organisers may set competition rules, manage memberships, create or edit teams, review results and perform other administrative actions made available by the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including team details, challenges, match scores and results. If a result is disputed, the relevant players or organiser may need to review and correct it.

4. Ratings, standings and competition outcomes

Rankings, ratings, standings, promotion or relegation outcomes are generated from the competition rules and data recorded in Padel is Life. They are provided for the administration and enjoyment of the competition and are not intended to represent an official governing-body ranking unless a competition organiser expressly states otherwise.

Organisers may have authority to correct errors, resolve disputes or make permitted manual adjustments where the service provides those controls.

5. Service communications

To operate the service, we may send transactional or administrative messages relating to your account, teams, challenges, matches or leagues. Depending on the contact details you provide and the features enabled, these may be delivered by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

These messages are intended to support use of the service. Any optional direct marketing will be handled separately in accordance with applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Padel is Life to:

• submit information you know is false, misleading or fraudulent;
• harass, threaten or abuse other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account or restricted part of the service;
• interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the platform;
• upload or distribute malicious code or unlawful material; or
• use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights or applicable law.

7. Your content

You retain any rights you have in information or content you submit. You give Padel is Life permission to host, store, process and display that content to the extent necessary to operate the service and the competitions in which you participate.

You should only provide content or contact information that you are entitled to provide. Information entered into team or league features may be visible to other relevant players or organisers where needed for the service to function.

8. Our content and platform

The Padel is Life name, branding, software, interface and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit the platform except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

9. Third-party services

Padel is Life relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, authentication and communications. We may also provide links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party services that operate independently of Padel is Life, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Padel is Life available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages or changes to the service may occasionally affect availability.

We may add, change or remove features where reasonably necessary to develop, secure or operate the platform. We will try to avoid changes that unnecessarily disrupt active competitions.

11. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain service security or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will try to explain the reason for the action.

You can request account closure by contacting support@padelis.life. Some competition records may need to remain after account closure so that results and league history involving other users remain accurate. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

12. Liability

Padel is Life is a competition administration platform. We do not organise or supervise physical padel matches unless expressly stated, and we are not responsible for injuries, venue conditions, travel arrangements or agreements made directly between players, organisers or clubs.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including information received when you sign in with Google and contact details used for service communications.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Padel is Life develops or where legal or operational requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to users' attention.
