- A pending challenge expires after 7 days if the challenged team does not respond.
- After playing, the same teams must wait 14 days before challenging each other again.

Match format & results
- Matches are played as the best of three sets.
- Games use golden-point scoring at deuce.
- If a deciding set is required, it is played as a match tiebreak.
- Submitted results affect the standings only after they have been confirmed.
